AVIATION MEDICALS
Aviation Medicals are obviously essential to maintaining your valid and current Flight Crew License.
Dr Wilson is a private pilot himself and understands how the process can be a little unnerving for some, your pastime is dependent upon your medical being current.
Clients can now be seen locally in a private, discreet and comfortable location. Your needs will be met to the fullest ability of our medical examiner and we aim to provide you with an efficient, courteous and comfortable experience.
At the end of a successful medical evaluation, Dr Wilson will print off and provide you with your new valid medical certificate prior to your departure.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Photo ID (e.g passport)
- Completed MED160 Form
- Glasses & Prescription
- License & Last Medical
- Urine Sample
THE EXAMINATION:
Your medical history on the MED160 form is discussed and confirmed. Next you receive a full examination, it is usual to be asked to remove some of your clothes to facilitate this. Any specialist test, for example an ECG are performed during the session.
CHAPERONES:
Nervous? Uneasy? Embarrassed? You are welcome to bring a companion or "chaperone" with you to the medical.
